Summary: Best customer service I have ever received in any hotel! Brianna and Tre checked us in so nice, had an issue with my reservation supposed to have breakfast included but didn't show up in the computer and they comped it. My grandson was totally enamored with them and they showed such caring and grace talking with him, laughing with him, they gave him a coloring book about space, he loves all things space! The breakfast lady (I don't know her name) helped my daughter to our room with breakfast I'm disabled so it's hard getting around and the kiddos were still sleeping. Overall, the best experience I've had we'll definitely be back!

Summary: Centrally located in Garden City, this hotel is only about 15 minutes from Long Island Railroad Station Carle Place which makes it convenient to access NYC (about a 40 min train ride - goes to Penn Station and Grand Central Station, use TrainTime App). It is located across from Whole Foods and near several restaurants making outside food options easy to find. Several strip malls in area with other shopping. Jones Beach is about 15 min drive away (great family beach by the way!). As with most hotels, the pictures online make it look attractive but the surrounding area is just ok (another hotel is also next door). Bringing along our four kids, we stayed in a room that slept 6 (2 queens + sofa bed). Room was quiet and large enough for our needs. Front desk staff was very friendly. Parking is $10/night in hotel parking lot. Breakfast has various options, hotel coffee is great. We did not try the hotel pool or spend too much time in the room - just get on the train and enjoy the City!

Summary: Loved the hotel and the space in the rooms. The individuals at the front desk were so kind every time we needed anything. I also loved that the parking was included in the cost of the room (unlike the hotel next door).
